Easy and good Shrimp dish. *If possible, AVOID shrimp that has been peeled and deveined before freezing. It can cause a loss of flavor and texture (shells will help to protect the meat of the shrimp and add more flavor to it). We eat it without deveining.

Ingredients For beer lovers shrimp

  • 2 lbs
    frozen uncooked shrimp
  • ½
    lemon - juice from the lemon
  • 1/4 c
    old bay seasoning

How To Make beer lovers shrimp

    Using 2 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil, make a bowl for shrimp. Pour beer over shrimp. Add juice from lemon and Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2
    Seal bowl by wrapping aluminum foil completely around shrimp.

    Cook on grill about ½ hr at an average temperature of 350 degrees.
