Ingredients For bbq bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp

  • 30
    large gulf shrimp,bigger is better.
  • 1 jar
    horseradish,coarse
  • 1 c
    monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 c
    asiago cheese, grated
  • 1 jar
    jack daniels bbq sauce.
  • 2 lb
    maple,bacon

How To Make bbq bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp

    Peel and de-vein shrimp. Soak round toothpicks in water. split shrimp down the outside, careful not to cut all the way through.

    Combine cheeses in a small bowl. stuff split with horseradish,then cheese. Wrap shrimp with bacon and secure with toothpick.

    Grill and baste with BBQ sauce until bacon is cooked,on med heat. Do not over cook. "DELICIOUS"
