Ingredients For baked stuffed clams

  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    onions minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1/4 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 c
    minced clams[ canned]
  • 2/3 c
    juice from clams -if you need more add some bottled clam juice
  • pinch
    garlic powder
  • 1
    lemon to squeeze on top of clams in shell

How To Make baked stuffed clams

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and place in clam shells.Put filled clam sheels on cookie sheet. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and a few drops of lemon juice on each clam. Then sprinkle with some paprika.

    Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 mins.
