This recipe is awesome!!! This reminds of the times when I go home to visit my family. Living in Indiana, I don't get to go home as much so the times that I do this is something we all share together. Sitting around with the family, sharing stories and watching the kids play. Of course, we are eating these jalapenos while the main course is on the grill whatever that may be.

Cut jalapenos length wise in half and take out all seeds. With a everyday used spoon scope out a mixture of mix and roll into a sphere that will fit in jalapenos. Stuff all your jalapenos. Next, grab a slice of bacon and wrap jalapenos competely. You may not use all the bacon, but set aside unused bacon. Next, put jalapenos in freezer. Use a container that is freezer friendly.

Light your charcoal or gas grill. If you are using a gas grill set to 350. Allow jalapenos to freeze for at least 15 minutes. If you are using a charcoal grill no sweat. Light your grill and clean grate well. Ok, for gas and charcoal grill do not put jalapenos directly over fire set to the side. One thing I will tell you is to be patient with your jalapenos. Do not open and close or grill will not be hot enough delaining your time. Be sure to cook bacon competely. When done enjoy you Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos!!!
