My husband has his own favorite stuffed eggs and so no others will do for him. I decided to share them with you.

Ingredients For stuffed eggs (my husband's way)

  • 13
    hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    "sweet" pickle relish
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 2
    drops of tabasco sauce
  • *paprika for garnishment (0ptional)

How To Make stuffed eggs (my husband's way)

    After boiling eggs in water with a teaspoon of salt, poor off hot water and add cold water til hot eggs have cooled off. (The salt, in the cooking stage should help the peeling process go easier.)

    Mash one whole egg in medium mixing bowl. Now slice 12 eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Place the yolks in the mixing bowl with the mashed egg.Mash the yolks and then stir in the mayonnaise and all other ingredients except the paprika.

    Using a teaspoon or mellon scooper, spoon yolk mixture into cooked egg whites. Sprinkle with Paprika for added appeal.
