Ingredients For st. louis style chicken wings

3 lbchicken wings with the tip removed

peanut oil for frying 375 degrees

1/2 ccrisco butter flavored

1/2 cfrank's hot sauce

3to4 Tbspdurkees famous sandwich spread
How To Make st. louis style chicken wings

1If you use frozen wings, make sure they are thawed and dry. I put the drummies in the preheated oil first they take longer than the flappers. Then I put the flappers in till fully cooked

2Melt the Crisco flavored butter, add Franks Hot sauce. Let that cool down. Then add the mustard and stir together.

3Pour or dip the fried chicken wings in the made sauce.
