8chicken wings tips removed and cut into 2 pieces

salt, pepper and cornstarch for dredging

- SAUCE

1/2 ceach soy sauce and brown sugar

1/4 ceach mirin and sake

3 clovegarlic minced

toasted sesame seeds
How To Make sesame chicken wings

1Mix the cornstarch with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken wings. in the mixture and cook in 350 degree hot oil for about 5 to 8 minutes. Depending on the size of the wings.

2To make the sauce mix the soy sauce brown sugar, mirin , sake and garlic in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes until thickened.

3Toss the fried wings in the sauce and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the wings.
