These are a really yummy way to cook a low-carb chicken tender that has plenty of great taste. They are easy to make, and work well in a variety of dishes. For example, you could cut them up and place them on a bed of greens, or you could serve them up as a snack with some honey-mustard dipping sauce. It’s up to you. I’m short on some images, because I made these up in a hurry, but never-the-less, they are awesome. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

- THE SEASONING

1 tspsalt, kosher variety

1 Tbsphungarian paprika

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbspdried thyme
-
2 tspwhite pepper, freshly ground

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 tsponion powder

1/2 tspcumin powder
- THE TENDERS

1 lbchicken tenders, or sliced chicken breasts

4 Tbspsweet butter, unsalted
How To Make poultry essentials: low carb chicken tenders

1PREP/PREPARE

2Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

3Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning together, and reserve.

4Place a rack in the middle position, and preheat the oven to 400f (205c)

5Melt the butter in a small saucepan.

6Toss the chicken tenders in the butter.
-
7Lay the tenders on a rack inside of a parchment-lined baking sheet.

8Sprinkle both sides with the reserved seasoning.

9Place into the preheated oven, and bake until nice and brown, about 15 – 20 minutes.

11Serve on a salad, or with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy.
