Ingredients For pickled eggs

  • 2 c
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    mixed pickling spices
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 12 lg
    cooked eggs

How To Make pickled eggs

  • 1
    boil a dozen eggs and put in a gallon glass jar
  • 2
    simmer the ingredients for 10 minutes
  • 3
    strain and pour over eggs in jar
  • 4
    when cooled you can then put in fridge
