I make Pat'e with liverwourset or chicken livers. I serve it when I have co. and they love it.

Ingredients For pat'e

  • 1 lb
    chicken livers cooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    anchovies paste
  • 1/4 c
    onions cooked minced
  • 5 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    cooked celery minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp
    chicken base

How To Make pat'e

  • 1
    Grind liver or smash with a fork then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into a football or any shape you desire. Chill 2 hours.
