Ingredients For oven fried chicken wings

  • 4 lb
    chicken wings split
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    corn meal
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • barbecue sauce (your favorite)

How To Make oven fried chicken wings

    Preheat oven to 400° Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place flour,corn meal, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Drop a few chicken wings and a time in bag shake to coat and then shake off excess flour. Place chicken on aluminum foil. Continue till you have coated all the wings.

    Place in oven for 10-15 minutes check wings if coating is crispy turn over and cook for same amount of time. Remove wings went completely cooked.

    In a large bowl place wings and then pour over your favorite barbeque sauce toss to coat.
