I wanted to come up with a recipe for a medium hot wing. I added in some agave to the mix. They were a hit on Super Bowl Sunday. Enjoy!

Ingredients For nor's baked hot wings

3 lbchicken wings

1/4 cbutter, chopped

3/4 cFrank's original red hot sauce

3 Tbspagave syrup

1 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 tspsalt and pepper

1/2 cblue cheese dressing for serving
How To Make nor's baked hot wings

1If you didn't buy your wings already cut. Cut wing tips off at joint. Discard the tips. Cut second time at the other joint. You'll have two pieces.

2Heat oven to 500°.

3Place wings on a rack. Place rack on top of foil lined sheet pan.

4Place in oven and bake until crispy on top. Flip wings over and crisp till nice and brown and crispy

5While the wings are baking, place chopped butter in a saucepan. Heat and low to melt butter.

6Remove butter from heat. Add in the hot sauce, Agave, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Keep sauce warm.

7Remove wings from oven. Move wings to a bowl. Pour hot sauce over the wings Toss well to coat all sides.

8Place wings on a platter. Serve with blue cheese dressing of choice.
