Ingredients For nonna rosa's easter (deviled) eggs

  • 12
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • bits of black olives for eyes
  • bits of carrot for beaks

How To Make nonna rosa's easter (deviled) eggs

    Slice tops from boiled eggs (small end) and reserve.
  • 2
    Mix egg yellows and ingredients as you would prepare deviled eggs. Stuff mixture back in hollow egg white shells. Overfill.
  • 3
    Decorate each with bits of black olive for eyes and beak. Replace cap for hatching eggs look. Serve cold.
