Spicy cajun mini meatballs are a great appetizer! I made them w/ ground turkey to make it healthier, but you can use ground beef.

Ingredients For kicking cajun meatballs

1 lbground turkey breast

1-1/2 tspbottled hot pepper sauce

2 Tbspcajun seasonings
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspdried parsley
-
1/4 cfinely chopped onion

1/4 cbreadcrumbs
-
1/4 c1% milk
-
1 lgegg
-
1/2 cfavorite bbq sauce
-
1/2 clow-sugar peach preserves
How To Make kicking cajun meatballs

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg, rimmed cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together ground turkey, hot pepper sauce, cajun seasoning, worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, breadcrumbs, milk and egg. Mix thoroughly.

2Form the mix into golfball-size meatballs. Place meatballs on baking sheet. Bake 30 min, or until no longer pink inside.

3In small bowl, combine w/ a whisk, the BBQ sauce and preserves. Place meatballs in a lg serving dish, pour sauce over meatballs and toss to coat. Serve w/ toothpicks.
