1egg, lightly beaten

1 call purpose flour

1 cbutter
- SAUCE

3 Tbspsoy sauce

3 Tbspwater

1 cwhite sugar

1/2 cwhite vinegar

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1 tspsalt
How To Make japanese chicken wings

1Preheat your oven to 350*.

2Dip wings in egg and coat with flour.

3Heat the butter in a large skillet over med.-high heat. Fry the wings until they are a deep brown. Place them in a shallow roasting pan.

4In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder and salt. Pour the mixture over wings.

5Bake in 350* oven for 30 to 45 minutes, basting wings every 20 minutes with the sauce. 19 points per serving
