20eggs roll wrappers

1 1/2 ccooked and chopped chicken

1 Tbspor a little more sesame oil

1 Tbspgarlic

1egg beaten its for coating the rape

4 ccabbage shredded

4 ozsalsa

1 lgcarrots shredded (1 cup)

1 cchopped onions

1egg whipped for sealing wraps

1 tspground ginger

1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/4 cworcestershire sauce mixed with the soy sauce

a little flour to thicken
How To Make ginger chicken egg rolls

1Saute the carrots, onions, and the cabbage until tender add the add the chicken and mix well. place wrapper on table and brush the wrapper with egg and place 1 ounce of the mix and wrap. Deep fry until it starts to seal and the wrap is hard. Cool the egg rolls , then freeze.
