Ingredients For deviled eggs

  • 8
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sweet pickle relish
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • sliced olives, green w/pimiento or black

How To Make deviled eggs

    First halve your eggs lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and put in a small mixing bowl. Mash your yolks with a fork and stir in mayo, pickle, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Fill the egg whites with the yolk mix. With a small mound on top. I like to garnish mine with sliced olives after I sprinkle each with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I put on a deviled egg plate and cover with plastic wrap.
