How To Make chilli chicken recipe

1At, first for marination in a bowl add boneless chickens, all-purpose flour, cornflour, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, red chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar,dash of water.

2Now, mix everything and set aside this mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

3Next, for frying chicken pour oil in a pan and fry these marinated chicken pieces in medium flame until both sides get cooked and become golden brown.

4Now, for preparing the spicy sauce, pour oil in the same pan and saute chopped ginger garlic for some time until the raw smell completely disappears.

5After that add, onion layers, green chili saute for some time until onion gets slightly golden brown.

6Furthermore, add cube cut capsicum and fry in medium flame for another 3 min.

7Now, add a dash of water, red chili sauce, vinegar, red chili powder, sugar, salt to taste also add the cornflour water mixture to make the gravy thicker.

8Mix everything and simmer these mixtures for some time in medium to low flame.

9In the end, add fried chicken and tossed in this spicy sauce until it gets evenly coated and serve hot by sprinkling chopped coriander leaves and green onions on top of this dish.
