3 mdchicken drumstick

4 tspyoghurt

1 tspginger garlic paste

1/2 tspcumin powder

1/3 tspgaram masala

1/3 tspgreen chili paste

1 tspchopped garlic

1/3 tspturmeric powder

1/3 tspsalt

3 tspoil
-
1 tspbutter
-
1 tsplemon juice
How To Make chicken tangdi(drumstick) kabab

1Clean and make some incision on the drumsticks.

2Apply salt, lemon juice and chilli paste. Keep marinated for 10 minutes.

3Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl and add other ingredients one by one to make a batter or paste.

4Mix the first marinated chicken drumsticks with this paste and keep refrigerated for overnight or 4 - 6 hours to absorb all the flavours.

5Preheat oven to 240°c for 15 minutes and line a baking sheet with aluminium foil.

6Place the marinated chicken drumsticks and brush with some butter and bake for 20 minutes or till crisp golden.
