Ingredients For chicken satay

2 lbboneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/3 choisin sauce

1/3 cduck or plum sauce

2 Tbspsliced green onion

2 tspginger root, grated

2 Tbspdry sherry

2 Tbsprice wine vinegar
How To Make chicken satay

1Trim fat from chicken thighs and cut lengthwise in half. Thread 1 strip each onto 12 (10-inch skewers.)

2Mix all ingredients, except chicken in a large glass dish. Add chicken, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

3Set oven to broil. Place on broiler pan and broil with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat about 4-5 minutes per side or until done.

4Heat marinade to boiling in a small saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Serve with chicken.
