Ingredients For chicken pot stickers

1 lbground chicken breast

1 lgcarrot, peeled and shredded

1/2 cshredded napa cabbage
-
1/3 cchopped green onion
-
1 tspginger root, minced
-
1 tspsesame oil
-
1/4 tspwhite pepper
-
1egg white
-
1 pkgwonton or gyoza wrappers
-
4 Tbsppeanut oil
-
2 cchicken broth
-
4 tspsoy sauce
How To Make chicken pot stickers

1Mix all ingredients except for wrappers, broth and soy sauce.

2Wet the edges of the wrapper. Spoon a teaspoon or so of chickent mixture. Fold the wrapper in half to or as desired. I have included a youtube video on different styles of wrapping wontons/dumplings in the comments below for your convenience. Repeat until all the wontons and/or filling is used.

3Pour 1 Tbsp. peanut oil into a 12-inch nonstick skillet. Heat over medium high heat.

4Cook 12 pot stickers at a time, 3 minutes or so on each side until lightly browned.

5Stir in 1/2 cup of the broth and 1 teaspoon of the soy sauce. Cover and cook 5 minutes.

6Repeat with remaining pot stickers, broth and soy sauce.
