This is my version of buffalo dip, I know there are a lot of recipes out there for this kind of dish. No buffalo's were harmed in the making of this recipe!

Ingredients For buffalo dip ala’ irisa

2 cups buffalo wing hot sauce or more if you like it hotter

8oz blue cheese

8oz cream cheese
-
80z shredded sharp cheddar cheese “ divided into 6 oz and 2 oz
-
rotisserie cooked chicken from store about 2 - 3 lbs. “ you’ll have more chicken then you’ll need for this recipe

2 stalks of celery cut into a very small dice
How To Make buffalo dip ala’ irisa

1Cook bottled buffalo sauce on a low flame till thick, about 20 minutes, cool completely. Add the blue cheese, cream cheese & 6 oz of the cheddar cheese, and celery to the cooled hot sauce and mix thoroughly

2Pull off chicken from bones and shred, add to cheese mixture Put into a baking dish and bake covered at 350, till hot and bubbly about 20 minutes after this has baked remove the foil and top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake about 10 minutes more

3Serve with crackers and celery
