    butter
  • 1/2 c
    hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 20
    chicken wings
  • canola oil for frying

How To Make buffalo chicken wings

  • 1
Combine the butter, hot sauce, ground pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over a low heat. Heat until the butter is melted and all the ingredients are well blended.
  • 2
In small bowl combine flour and paprika, cayenne pepper and salt and whisk together. Put the wings into a large bowl and sprinkle with the flour mixture coating each wing evenly. Put the wings into the fridge for a hour. This will help the coating to stick to the wings when fried.
  • 3
Heat 1 inch of oil to 375 in frying pan. Place coated wings into the hot oil and fry for 10-15 minutes or until the wings turn a light golden brown. Drain wings on a paper towel or rack.

While wings are still hot add the hot sauce mixture and toss to evenly coat. Serve with ranch or blu cheese dressing and enjoy!
