amazing smoked chicken wings
I sincerely hope that I never get tired of chicken, because there are so many things that you can do with this versatile bird. In this case we’re talking wings… but not just any wings. We’re going to rub ‘em, rest ‘em, and smoke ‘em. What could go wrong? So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

3 Tbspdry poultry rub, your choice

How To Make amazing smoked chicken wings

1PREP/PREPARE

2Gather your ingredients.

3Place the chicken wings in a Ziploc bag, along with the poultry spice.

5Seal and shake the bag to distribute the spices.

6Place in the fridge and allow the wings to rest for 2 hours, or overnight.

7Soak some wood chips in water (I’m using hickory).

8Fire up your smoker, and get it up to 250f (120c).

9Chef’s Note: For these wings, I’m using one of my Master Built smokers.

10Place the wings on a rack, and add them to the smoker.

11Smoke the wings for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165f (75c).

13Choose your favorite dipping sauce, put them on a plate, and stand back. Enjoy.
