air fryer chicken wings
On Super Bowl Sunday there are so many different dishes being made, I wanted to keep the oven free and make something I could prepare early or even the night before. I really wanted a wing recipe that would take away the greasiness of frying in oil or the hassle of baking using racks and sheet pans. I wanted the flavor to be punched up so I brined and rubbed. It worked, as the wings are very flavorful and crispy. More spice than heat without the sauce. These wings are liked by adults and kids.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
If you've never made wings in your air fryer, you need to. The air fryer makes the wings extra crispy without the extra oil. These wings pack a punch of delicious flavor. The rub adds a subtle texture to them and they're dunked in a sweet and spicy sauce you'll lick off your fingers. Great for game day.
