Ingredients For adobo chicken wings

1bay leaf

6 clovegarlic minced

2thai chili pepper thinly sliced and seeded

1/3 capple cider vinegar
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar
-
12chicken wings
-
black sesame seeds and cilantro for garnish
How To Make adobo chicken wings

1Place the butter and bay leaf in a small saucepan. After the butter has melted and is foamy add the garlic and chili peppers. Brown about 1 minute.

2Pour in the vinegar and soy sauce. Stir well scraping up bits on bottom of pan. Stir in the brown sugar. Remove bay leaf and discard. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and let simmer 7 to 10 minutes until glaze like and thick. Remove from heat and set aside.

3Deep fry the chicken wings at 350 degree about 5 minutes. Pour the glaze over top and serve
