Ingredients For a winning dip - buffalo chicken

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1/2 c
    frank's redhot sauce (or 1/4 cup other hot sauce)
  • 2 c
    shredded rotisserie chicken, or 2 (9.75 oz) cans chunk chicken, drained
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled blue cheese

How To Make a winning dip - buffalo chicken

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a mixing bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, blue cheese salad dressing, Frank's RedHot sauce, and crumbled blue cheese. Fold in both cans of chicken, or shredded rotisserie chicken.

    Spread mixture in a small baking dish. Top with crumbled blue cheese. Serve with vegetables and crackers for dipping.
