Ingredients For yam cheese ball

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 jar
    dried beef chipped, chopped
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 1 sm
    celery stalk with leaves

How To Make yam cheese ball

  • 1
    Combine cream cheese and yams; mix until well blended. Stir in the beef, cheddar cheese, pineapple and onion; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. form into large ball. Score sides to resemble pumpkin. Garnish with celery for a stem. Serve on large tray encircled by several varieties of crackers.
