1(8-ounce) package cream cheese

2(16-ounce) cans of refried beans

1 csour cream

1taco seasoning packet (either mild or hot)

1 can(7 ounces) chopped green chiles

1/4 tspground cayenne pepper (to taste)

2 cshredded monterey jack cheese

2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 cdiced tomatoes

1/2 csliced green onions

1jalapeno thinly sliced
How To Make warm bean dip

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.

2Melt the cream cheese in a large skillet over very low heat. Stir in the refried beans, sour cream, taco seasonings, green chiles, ground cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; cook until smooth and slightly melted. Spoon into a 9×13 casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.
