Ingredients For veggie bars

  • 2 pkg
    crescent rolls
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese (8 oz. each)
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing (dry)
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How To Make veggie bars

    Spread crescent rolls flat on a large baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 - 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Mix cream cheese, dry ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth. Spread over cooled baked crescent rolls.

    Top with 3/4 cup each of any veggies you like. Example: broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes, etc. and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over all. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into squares.
