    fresh mushrooms, very thinly sliced

    ribs celery, thinly sliced

    lelom juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    triple sec
  • funely chopped parsley

How To Make valencia mushrooms

    Combine ingredients and chill for several hours. Serve on bibb lettuce. Garnish with lemon slices. Makes 4 servings.
