Great with fresh bread. Flavor gets stronger the longer it's in the fridge.Tzatziki is also great in soublaki or simply on the side of the plate when you have beefburger and home fries!!!

Ingredients For greek tzatziki (yogurt/garlic dip)

500 ggreek yogurt

1 lgcucumber, grated (with skin)

4-5 clovegarlic, peeled and grated (or crushed)

small bunchfresh dill , finely chopped(dried is ok too)

1 Tbspvinegar

1/2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make greek tzatziki (yogurt/garlic dip)

1Wash the cucumber and finely grate. Do not remove skin. Grate it straight into a strainer, you need to remove as much water as possible.

2add yogurt, vinegar, garlic, oil, dill and mix well

3Chill in fridge, for at least an hour.
