This is an Ina Garten recipe that I altered slightly - used lite sour cream and substituted 1 Tablespoon white wine/white vinegar combination (my white wine vinegar was in Ohio - I made it in Florida :) I also reduced the salt from 2 tsp. to 1 tsp.

How To Make tzatziki - greek dip
-
1Put yogurt in bowl. Grate cucumber into another bowl(I split it in half and seeded it first with a teaspoon or grapefruit spoon) on a box grater and squeeze some of the water out with your hands. Add to yogurt with sour cream, etc. and stir. Serve with store-bought pita chips or lightly brush pita bread with olive oil and grill, then cut in wedges. Alternatively, warm pita bread in oven, cut in wedges and serve.
