Ingredients For traditional hummus

  • 1 (15oz.) can
    chick peas
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    tahini paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make traditional hummus

    Drain the chick peas reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid.

    Place all ingredients in a blender including the reserved liquid.

    Blend until smooth.
  • 4
    Serve with pita chips.
