These are so tasty and are always a big hit at any of the potluck functions I've ever been to.

Ingredients For tortilla rollups

4 ozdeli ham - chopped

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

7 ozcan diced green chilies

1/2 mdonion - chopped

1/2 csour cream
-
1sm can chopped black olives

8-10flour tortillas
How To Make tortilla rollups

1Mix all ingredients, spread on flour tortilla, roll up and wrap in foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Slice off ends and discard, slice the "log" into 1" pieces. Flavor is best when at room temperature for about 30 minutes. I have substituted turkey for the ham and it was good too!
