this is a nice twist to the traditional roll ups - I like the added spice

Ingredients For tortilla roll-ups

8 ozsour cream
-
8 ozcream cheese
-
1 can4. oz. diced green chillies

1 can4. oz. chopped black olives - well drained
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese

1/2 cchopped green onions
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/2 jarortega hot taco sauce
-
garlic powder - to taste
-
season salt - to taste
-
chili powder - to taste

1 pkglarge flour ortega tortillas
How To Make tortilla roll-ups

1Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) thoroughly. Spread filling evenly over tortillas. Roll up tortillas and wrap each tortilla tightly with plastic wrap, twisting the ends of the wrap. Refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap and cut into slices approx. 1/2" thick. Discard ends (or eat them yourself :)) Serve plain or with salsa.
