This is a great summer dish. Made it for an outdoor party and it was a hit! Use whole recipe for a large crowd, I halfed it and still had plenty.

Ingredients For texas caviar

2 - 15 oz canblack beans, rinsed and drained

2 - 15 oz canpinto beans, rinsed and drained

2 - 15 oz canwhite corn, rinsed and drained

1 - 4 oz canchopped green chiles, undrained
-
1jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)

1red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
-
1green bell pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped

1 smred onion, finely chopped

1 bunchcilantro leaves, finely chopped

1/2 crice vinegar
-
1/2 colive oil
-
1/3 cwhite sugar
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make texas caviar

11. Mix the black benas, pinto beans, white corn, green chiles, jalapeno pepper, red and green bell peppers, onion and cilantro together in large bowl.

22. To make the dressing: stir the rice vinegar, olive oil, sugar and garlic powder together in a pan. Bring to boil then remove from heat and cool. Pour dressing over bean mixture and toss to mix evenly.

33. Serve with your favorite chips or bread pieces.
