Yummy taco tasting appetizer. I personally don't like olives, but will put onto half, omit entirely, or leave on the side for those that do enjoy them!

Ingredients For taco appetizer

  • 3 md
    avocados
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    hellman's mayo
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2 can
    bean dip (refried beans)
  • 1 c
    chopped green onion
  • 3 md
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 oz
    can black olives, chopped (i omit, or put on the side as i don't like olives)
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make taco appetizer

  • 1
    mash avocados, lemon juice, slat and pepper and set aside. Combien sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning and set aside. Layer in order- bean dip, avocado mix, sour cream mix, tomatoes, onions, olives and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.   Try adding a meat layer if you want.
