Ingredients For stuffing balls

  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 pkg
    prepared stuffing mix
  • 1 tsp
    sage, dried
  • 1/3 c
    ground flax seeds
  • 2/3 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    butter

How To Make stuffing balls

  • 1
    Cook celery and onion in butter until softened
  • 2
    Prepare packaged stuffing mix as per package instructions
  • 3
    Combine ground flax seed with water
  • 4
    Combine celery, onion, and butter mixture with packaged stuffing mix, sage, and ground flax seed mixture
  • 5
    Roll into 1/2 inch balls place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
