Ingredients For stuffed olives

1 small can anchovies

1 can tuna

2 large garlic cloves

olive oil, extra virgin

1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper

1/4 tsp fresh, fine lemon zest

24 collosal green olives, pitted
How To Make stuffed olives

1Add all ingredients except for the olives into a blender, blend on low speed until it resembles a smooth paste. If necessary slowly add olive oil to achieve a smooth paste.

2Fill the olives with the tuna mixture and chill until ready to serve.
