Ingredients For spinach dip, ma

  • 1 pkg
    chopped frozen spinach
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 20 sprig
    fresh parsley, see notes

How To Make spinach dip, ma

  • 1
    Be sure and drain spinach, dry and cool after cooking to package directions. This will keep under refrigeration 2-3 weeks, needs re-stirring.

    Note: if fresh parsley is not in season, use dehydrated but soak in water first.
