This is an easy dip to serve when having friends over. It's very simple to put together, the hardest thing is waiting for the spinach to thaw. But here's a "hack." Put the frozen spinach in a colander and run tap water over it to thaw quickly.

1 cfrozen spinach (thawed)

8 ozwater chestnuts

3 Tbspbell pepper (chopped)
How To Make spinach dip

1Thaw and drain chopped spinach, squeeze all excess moisture with a tea towel or cheese cloth.

2Combine sour cream, mayo and seasonings. Stir in onions, spinach water chestnuts and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.

3Serve with veggies, crackers or bread.
