my sister in law used to make this,its easy and delicious.i always double this,as the family is large,im the oldest of nine,and we all have kids,and they have kids,and they wipe this out.

Ingredients For spinach and artichoke dip

  • 2 box
    chopped spinach,cook and drain well
  • 1 can
    artichoke hearts,drain well,and chop,not mariniated ones
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 lg
    cream cheese,softened
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2
    chopped onion
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 8 oz
    monteray jack cheese,grated

How To Make spinach and artichoke dip

  • 1
    saute onions in the stick of butter,then mix all the ingrediants together,and put in a 9 by 9 inch pan,microwavable one,and put in microwave for 5 minutes.serve with pita chips,or crackers of your choice.very easy,and very good.
