Ingredients For spinach and artichoke dip

2-8oz pkgcream cheese

1 lbspinach, frozen

1 cparmesan cheese
-
1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 cartichoke hearts, drained

8 ozmozzarella cheese

salt and pepper
How To Make spinach and artichoke dip

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix everything except spinach and mozz. cheese with a mixer until well blended. Drain spinach and wring out with a towel to remove excess water and put in a baking dish. Add half of the mozz. cheese to the spinach, pour remaining ingredients in the dish. Mix well and top with remaining cheese.

2Bake in a preheated oven of 350 deg. for 30-35 minutes. Serve with pita chips
