Ingredients For spinach and artichoke dip

  • 2-8oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 lb
    spinach, frozen
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper

How To Make spinach and artichoke dip

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix everything except spinach and mozz. cheese with a mixer until well blended. Drain spinach and wring out with a towel to remove excess water and put in a baking dish. Add half of the mozz. cheese to the spinach, pour remaining ingredients in the dish. Mix well and top with remaining cheese.

    Bake in a preheated oven of 350 deg. for 30-35 minutes. Serve with pita chips
