Ingredients For southwestern spinach dip

1 pkgcream cheese or neufchatel, 8 oz.

1 csour cream
-
1/3 csalsa
-
1 pkgfrozen spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly

1/3 cdiced onion

1/4 cshredded cheddar or cojack cheese

garlic powder to taste
How To Make southwestern spinach dip

1Press thawed spinach in a sieve with spatula to remove as much moisture as possible.

2In microwave-safe bowl, melt cream cheese or neufchatel on medium for 30-60 seconds depending on your microwave. Watch closely as microwaves vary.

3Add remaining ingredients except for shredded cheese and stir to combine throughly.

4Top with shredded cheese and place in dip-sized slow-cooker or Crock-Pot. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
