These are so good, and very easy to make. People rave whenever I take them! Putting them into foil cups is great for individual dips, but you could also layer into a baking dish... I made them for Thanksgiving at my in laws house, and they went before anything else! I did them in heavy foil baking/muffin cups, in a plastic container for transporting.

any type salsa you like, spicy or sweet

3avocados, ripe, pitted and chopped

1 1/2 ccheddar, shredded

1 1/2 csour cream

1/2 cchopped fresh cilantro, optional

tortilla chips, i prefer the bite size
How To Make southwest dip cups

1In each cup, layer: 1 T beans, salsa, avocado and cheese, sour cream and 1 t cilantro. (Layer in that order). It's easier to layer them if you put them on the serving plate first.
