4 ozlight cream cheese, room temperature

1 Tbspcapers, rinsed and drained

1 Tbspred onions, finely diced

1 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tspprepared horseradish

3 ozsmoked salmon, coarsely chopped

1 ozsmoked salmon, finely chopped, for garnish

3-4 dashhot sauce, such as cholula®

1 Tbspfresh dill, chopped
How To Make sausalito smoked salmon dip

1In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, capers, red onion, lemon juice, horseradish, and 2 oz. smoked salmon; process until smooth, about 20 seconds. Transfer to a bowl and stir in remaining 2 oz. smoked salmon. Transfer smoked salmon mixture into a serving bowl and top with fresh parsley or dill. Serve with bagel chips.
