Ingredients For rose petal jelly

1 crose petals

1 1/2 cwater
-
1 Tbsplemon juice

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

1 pkgfruit pectin, powdered
How To Make rose petal jelly

1Combine the rose petals, 3/4 cup water and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

2Slowly add the sugar and blend well. Bring the remaining 3/4 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan.

3Stir in the pectin and boil for 1 min. Stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture into the blender with the other ingredients and blend 1 min. Pour into steralized jars and seal.
