My friend works for a Mexican resturant and gave me the basic ingredients. After several batches I finally came upon this on and it is perfect!!

Ingredients For resturant style salsa

1- 28 oz. canred gold whole peeled tomatoes

1- 10 oz. canrotel diced tomatoes & green chilies

1 mdonion

1jalapeno (seeded and deveined)

1/2-1 ccilantro
-
2 tspgarlic

2 tspcumin
-
2 tspsalt
-
2 tspsugar
How To Make resturant style salsa

1In a food processor or blender put the onion (quarter it first), jalapeno (slice it in half and cut each half into about three pieces), cilantro w/ or w/o stems, garlic, cumin, salt, sugar, and both cans or tomatoes in this order and chop or blend for about 3 to 4 seconds or to the desired consistency. Serve with any yellow corn made chip.
