Ingredients For potato skin poppers.....

3 cfrozen, diced potatoes (or hash browns)

2 ccheddar cheese,shredded

1container (16 oz.) sour cream, divided

3/4 ccooked bacon pieces
-
1/3 cgreen onions,chopped
-
salt and pepper to taste

14flour tortillas
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make potato skin poppers.....
-
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook potatoes according to direction. Stir together cooked potatoes,cheese,1 cup sour cream,bacon,onions,salt and pepper. Warm tortillas, then spoon mixture in the center of each and roll burrito-style. Brush with butter and place seam side down on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes, cut diagonally into halves and server with remaining sour cream
